Tetherow ranked third best resort overall in the Pacific Northwest, number 1 in Oregon
(Bend, Oregon) Oct. 9, 2018 – Condé Nast Traveler today announced the results of its 31st annual Readers’ Choice Awards with Tetherow Resort recognized as the best resort in Central Oregon and the third Best Resort in the Pacific Northwest.
