Introducing Tartan Druim’s new kid on the block. And its new place to play.
See us on the COBA Tour of Homes
July 13-15 and July 20-22, 2018
After two extremely successful years on the Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) Tour of Homes, Tartan Druim is back for more. This time with a brand-new home.
Located just to the right of the community gate, the 3,581-square-foot, one-story creation of Architect John Muir is a real showstopper. When it comes to bedrooms, baths, and garages, good things come in threes. The European-style custom kitchen features quartz countertops and Wolf appliances. A detached casita provides private space for guests and family members; while an outdoor kitchen and hot tub set the stage for enjoying killer views of the Cascades.
Speaking of outdoors, every Tartan Druim home now comes with more than three acres of bonus room, otherwise known as Tartan Place. Our new community center offers barbecues, a fire pit, bocce ball courts, a huge lawn for corn hole and other games, and spectacular views in all directions. That’s in addition to:
- Miles of mountain biking trails adjacent to the neighborhood.
- Golf and swimming at the Tetherow Clubhouse
- An endless array of other recreational opportunities in every direction.
Of course, both of these new community attributes have to be seen to be appreciated. And the annual Tour of Homes will give you six days of free Tartan Druim viewing opportunities over the next two weekends. What’s more, even though our featured home on the Tour is already sold, we have two more spacious spec homes ready to break ground with similar views just up the street.
So make sure Tartan Druim is on your Tour of Homes itinerary this year. And maybe your family will be the next new kids playing on the block.
