Building on target for Central Oregon.
Always straight forward with Arrowood Development.
Tartan Druim is another outstanding community from the people at Arrowood Development, LLC.
Led by President John Lietz, the Arrowood team has more than a half-century of construction experience in Central Oregon. For most of the past 25 years, we have focused on building luxury townhomes on Bend’s West Side, starting in the private golf community of Broken Top. While hitting the mark with six different neighborhoods there, we branched out with other luxury communities in La Jolla, California; Reno, Nevada; Lake Oswego, Oregon; and Richland, Washington.
We recently sold our final home at PointsWest, a luxurious neighborhood of townhomes adjacent to the Deschutes River at the Seventh Mountain Resort. Thankfully for those who missed out, we have several more homes under construction right next door at Milepost 1. This collection of townhomes and single-family homes puts an incredible amount of recreational activity at your doorstep, including Widgi Creek Golf Course. What’s more, it’s only 15 minutes away from the slopes of Mt. Bachelor.
Milepost 1 is designed to offer secure, carefree living for full- or part-time residents, and is open to short- and long-term rentals. Architect John Muir's flexible floor plans range from 1,900 to more than 2,900 square feet, with prices starting in the high $500,000s.
On the opposite side of Tetherow, near the 11th fairway, Arrowood is currently putting the finishing touches on Tripleknot Townhomes. Like PointsWest and Milepost 1, Tripleknot offers the ultimate in carefree living in its few remaining two-story townhomes designed by John Muir. In four years of participation on the Central Oregon Builders Association Tour of Homes, it won an impressive total of 14 awards within its price range, including Best of Show each time.
Much like Tartan Druim, Tripleknot provides easy access to all the recreational opportunities of Tetherow, Phil’s Trailhead, the nearby Deschutes River and the Cascade Lakes. Meanwhile, shopping, dining and entertainment in downtown Bend and the Old Mill are just three roundabouts away.
As Tripleknot winds down, Arrowood is ramping up on a brand-new neighborhood of townhomes at the Bend Golf Club. 1925 offers the very first opportunity to live at Bend’s original golf and country club, which features indoor swimming and tennis, along with other year-round member activities. One- and two-story townhomes will provide exceptional views of the 10th fairway. To keep up to date with the latest developments at 1925, email us at email@example.com. And watch for our model home coming in 2019.
